Environnements et applications supportés

UC4 V8 tourne sur la plupart des plates-formes Unix, Linux et Windows. Les agents sont disponibles pour quasiment toutes les plates-formes Unix, Linux et Windows, sur OS/400, BS200, zOS, HP NSK et OpenVMS. Une intégration certifiée est proposée pour Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, PeopleSoft Enterprise, and SunGard Higher Education.

Des logiciels complémentaires sont disponibles pour des prévisions en mode graphique, l’analyse des chemins critiques, le relevé des indicateurs clé, ainsi que l’intégration en temps réel des applications.

Ils ont une certaine présence car on les rencontre sur quelques sites de production et ils apparaissent régulièrement dans les appels d’offre mais ils restent pourtant discrets sur au moins un des aspects suivants :
- le produit n’est pas assez diffusé et nous avons beaucoup trop peu de retour utilisateurs
- le support en France est sous-traité par une société tierce ou inextistant
- l’éditeur ne souhaite pas communiquer les informations techniques de son produit
